Aggregate Dropdown Lists

The purpose of the Aggregate Dropdown Lists module is to maintain and organize a list of all dropdown table data.

Navigate the List View

This list of lookup tables on the left side can be filtered by entering text in the filter fields for Source (1) and Display Name (2). To clear the search, click the remove filter button (3)
Navigate the List View

Once a lookup table has been selected, the list of data elements contained in the table (right side of the screen) can be filtered by entering text in the filter field for Display Name (1), the view can then be exported by clicking the Export to Excel button (2).

The display order of the data elements in a lookup table can also be reordered by clicking the Reorder checkbox (1). Then the elements moved down (2) or up (3) in the display order.
Re-ordering Lookup Items

Create a New lookup Item

  • Open the Aggregate Dropdown Lists module.
  • Click the Add New Item (1)

  • Then use the dialog box to select the language, type a label name, a description and an order (2) and then click save (3).

Edit a lookup Item

  • Open the Aggregate Dropdown Lists module.
  • Click the Item of interest (1), then click the Edit Icon (2)
  • Next enter the text changes (3) and save (4).

Delete a lookup Item

  • Open the Aggregate Dropdown Lists module.
  • Click the Item of interest (1), then click the Delete Icon (2) for the value to be deleted
  • Then click Yes (3) to acknowledge the delete.
