With the Add User form open and in the General Tab > Main section, enter user account details:

In the General Tab > Personal Information section, enter the user's name details.

In the General Tab > Security section, select the clearance level from the drop-down.

In the General Tab > Contact Information section, , enter meaningful values for the free-format contact fields (optional).

With the User form open and in the General Tab, select the Edit button.

Update the fields that require changes (2) and (3)

Go to Permission Group next.
