With the Task form open and in the Task Summary Tab > Filter section:
Click the drop-down to select the task Category. This corresponds to the name of the LIS Modules where tasks can be created
Click the drop-down to select the User Involvement. These can any of the following:
I'm involved with
I'm responsible for
I supervise
I enter data for
Click the drop-down to select the User. These can any of the following:
My Tasks
My Group
Click the drop-down to select the Task Status. These can any of the following:
Marked Complete
Not Marked Complete
Click the Summary radio button to review the task summary information
Click the Update radio button to display the task screen that can be used to update task status. See the section below for an example.
Click the Refresh to update the display using the current filter settings
Note: The X denotes when the task was due, while the actual completion date is highlighted in yellow.
Update Task Status
Switch from Summary to Update view (1)
A task can be marked complete by selecting the check box (2)
This task has already been marked complete (3)
Filter Tasks by Date
With the Task form open and in the Task Summary Tab > Filter section:
Click the arrow to change the date range viewer back by 1 week
Click the arrow to change the date range viewer back by 1 day
Click the arrow to change the date range viewer forward by 1 day
Click the arrow to change the date range viewer forward by 1 week
Click the calendar icon to pick the date to show in the viewer
Click the radio button to toggle between showing all tasks or only those due within the date range
Note: The X denotes when the task was due, while the actual completion date is highlighted in yellow.
Drill-down to Task Detail
Within any of the the tabs, it is possible to drill-down to the task detail:
Entity Name - When you click on entity name it brings you to the Entity Detail screen (see below).
Task Name - When you click on task name it pops out the Task Detail screen (see below), if it is your task you can edit the completed information from this screen.
Task due date - If you click the x it brings up the Task Detail screen (see below) so you can mark as complete.
