Permission Groups

The purpose of the Permission Groups module is to manage access permissions to the Integral LIS modules through Permission Groups.

Update Permissions for a Group

Select the name of the Permission Group (1) of interest. Remove all access permissions by selecting No Access (2). Select: View, Edit, Create or Archive to grant the corresponding privilege (3). Grant full access, including Delete by selecting Delete/Access All (4).


Create a New Permission Group

  1. Open the Permission Group module.
  2. Click the Add Permission Group (1) button. Enter a name for the Permission group (2) then click Add (3) to save.
  3. Use the instructions listed above to add permissions to the new group.
  4. For the last step, the user needs to add the business unit or Region to the permission group
