Agreements

The Agreements module is used to maintain and organize a list of all agreements along with their material types and sub reserves. Details relating to any agreements, contracts, leases, easements, rights of way, judgements/condemnations and licenses associated with owned or leased properties. The payment terms and payments for each agreement are also managed in this module, as well as payment tracking.

Example of the List View

• Open the Agreements module.
• Click the Agreements dropdown and click the Add Agreements button.
  
• Alternatively, a new Agreement can be created by selecting the Plus sign icon at the bottom right of the screen.
