Agreement Contacts

The purpose of the Agreement Contacts module is to maintain and organize a list of all Contacts. These contacts are used by forms in the Integral - LIS application. There are two categories of contacts: (1) Person Contacts and (2) Organization Contacts. Details include: contact name, vendor number, phone number and email address.

Create a New Contact

  1. Open the Contacts module.
  2. Click the Contacts dropdown and click the Add Person (1) or Add Organization (2) buttons.
  3. Alternatively, a new Contact can be created by selecting the Plus sign icon at the bottom right of the screen.

Edit a Contact

  1. Open the Contacts module and select a contact to edit.
  2. Click the Edit button (1)
