With the Add Aggregate Source form open and in the Split Source Tab (1), click the Edit button (2)

Click Add Split Source (3)

Enter meaningful values for all mandatory and optional fields (4). Note: the MAIDB will be auto-generated

Once completed, either cancel, save, save & exit or archive (5)
